My Little Snowy Valentines

Valentine's Day is a day that I'm especially lucky to be surrounded by so many males.  My 3 little Valentine's, 1 big one, and I had such a nice day celebrating with Valentines and crafts inside and then a long morning of playing out in the snow.  The boys each got a little heart full of M&Ms and a bright, multi-colored stuffed owl which they loved!  We made wreaths with cutout hearts and fuzzy balls and then set them to dry while we geared up for fun in 14" of snow.  Before heading out, the boys wanted to jump in the trampoline all bundled up in snowsuits!  I guess it was sort of like padded wrestling!  Daddy started out the shoveling with his usual "fun" path for everyone to follow out into the vast whiteness.  We shoveled for a bit and when everyone soon tired of that, we hit up the fort slide and big hill at the edge of our yard.  Some neighborhood kids had already made and packed down a perfect sled path ready for us to try!  The boys loved it and couldn't get enough, thought Mommy and Daddy did around lunch time seeing as we had to carry them back up the hill each time!
