Birthday Swim

We had a very long and action packed day celebrating Spencer's 1st birthday Tuesday!!  I think I'll break the morning and afternoon down into 2 different posts.  In the morning we took the boys swimming at the Claude Moore Rec Center.  We tried out the pool for the first time a couple weekends ago with my dad and it was awesome!  There is a huge kiddie pool with side by side slides that the boys love.  Spencer also likes to go down these slides with a little help!  He is really good at walking around in the shallow water like his big brothers.  I took a short video of him doing this right before we left, but he was getting tired and wasn't very steady anymore.  Afterward, we stopped into the gym and let the boys run around and play with some basketballs and volleyballs.  As if they weren't already tired enough from the swimming!  They took good long naps when we got back home, and were raring to go for part II of Spencer's birthday fun (to be continued)...
