Watering Hole

A quick video of Spencie drinking water from a regular cup.  After nap we come downstairs each day and have some water and a little snack.  The twins have been crazy about getting their own water from the refrigerator dispenser lately - if I even try and help them a little bit they get very upset.  I sometimes just set a straw bottle out on the kid table for Spencie to drink from while I prepare the snack, but most of the time he insists on having his water from a regular cup too.  And from the start, he has been extremely good at controlling it.  I would have never imagined giving the twins a cup of water at 13 months!!  I only fill it about 1/2 to 1 inch at a time (so they don't get soaked in case of spills), but it really only took a few accidental spills for all of them to realize that's not something they want to happen while trying to drink.  Intentional spills on the floor, while not drinking, is another story... Did I mention water is one of the cheapest and most intriguing toys around?
