I forgot that I had more pictures from the Frying Pan Farm Fair last weekend. My first post about this event was from the Friday night truck show, but we returned for more fun Saturday night to see the antique tractor pull. The boys were really looking forward to this, and so even though it was sprinkling on and off, we went back out to the fair! Ryan caught a funny series of pictures as I was holding Spencie up to the fence and the twins were standing along side of us. One of the tractors completed its loop and started backing in line with all of the others parked in front of the fence. It happened that the spot for this one to park was directly in front of us, and as it noisily started backing up toward us the boys jumped and reacted as if they were running for their lives from that big machine! I feel bad laughing about this, but I'm guessing they probably thought it was just going to knock that fence right down and get them. Afterward, they insisted we visit the rides again (after such a great experience the night before), so we fit a few in before heading home. The twins loved the Ferris wheel, and Owen took the opportunity while we were stopped up at the top to point out all the rides he wanted to go on. Unfortunately there was only time for one round of swings and cars before it started to rain. We let them have their first bite of an "elephant ear" as a consolation :)
