Silly Star Glasses
Tuesday afternoon was exceptionally nice outside. We played in the driveway after preschool, came in for potty breaks and lunch, and then headed back out again before naptime. I knew it would be hard to get everyone back in after that, especially with the lure of lunch already gone, but we just had to take advantage of the awesome weather and played until almost 4:00 before finally coming in for naps (still not completely adjusted to daylight savings time of course)! This was the same afternoon as the boys' London Bridge performance and they wanted to take their green star glasses outside. They were so funny going about their usual business wearing those things!! The warm weather and freedom of running around outside also made them act a little crazier than normal. I was surprised by how long, and through all the different activities Spencie wore his! The twins got interested in moving leaves up and down the driveway with the tractors (it looks like fall in these pictures, right?!) and Spencie patrolled the area they were working. He was really starting to zone out toward the end and I could tell he was ready for a long nap. I love how he replies with a firm "noooo" when I ask him in the video though!
