Bait 'n Switch

The boys had their first popsicles this afternoon!  I bought some of those freezable molds and found an easy recipe online which involved blending strawberries, bananas, milk and honey together, pouring into the molds, and freezing - easy!  Spencer took right to the yummy treat, followed by Oliver, and then Owen who did his usual inspection of the "new" food and declared he does not like it before even trying it (crazy because it's a frozen concoction of his favorite things)!  Oliver worked on his popsicle for a little bit, then decided it was taking too long to eat and gave it back to me so he could go play with his lawn mower.  Spencer came over and gladly helped himself to the leftovers and started slowly following Oliver down the driveway.  He waited until the right moment and offered it back to Oliver, then swooped in and stole the mower.  Oliver was left holding the popsicle and staring at me to do something about the situation.  You know it's a hard life when your toughest decisions are between frozen treats and bubble lawn mowers!
