Botanical Gardens

More pictures from the time we spent at the Botanical Gardens in Richmond.  The best thing about this place was that there was a whole separate "children's garden" with so much to do for little kids!  There were little huts with surrounding gardens for the boys to run in and out of, a winding boardwalk leading up to a big tree house overlooking a pong with turtles, a drum set made from logs (Ryan made a mental note of that one), and a really awesome spray park!  We found a nice little bench to stop and have PB&J sandwiches for lunch, and I took a lot of pictures because the boys were being so cute playing with each other on the bench, then we headed off to get wet for the rest of the afternoon at the spray park.  Spencer loved the water and probably had the most wet and wild time of the 3, followed by Oliver and then Owen - who oddly enough wasn't that interested in getting in the water.  All the boys were exhausted after that afternoon and fell fast asleep during the ride back home!
