The boys are ready to start up West Brothers Landscaping Inc. Even though it's December, we
still have leaves falling down and even more in the freshly blown piles in the woods around the perimeter of our yard. This fall, the boys were mostly interested in collecting sticks and acorns in the wagons of their tractors, but now are fully into towing leaves. Oliver has taken on the role of foreman, directing his brothers where to collect and haul the leaves. The job this past Tuesday after preschool was trying to recreate the big pile of leaves we made at the bottom of the fort slide last month (Oliver completely thought of this one his own).
See here if you missed it:
The funny thing was that even though the yard had plenty of leaves close to the slide to use, Oliver wanted the ones from the farthest end of the driveway. I guess he wanted put the tractors to work! Once he had the operation running smoothly, Oliver designated Spencer as his personal driver to pull him around the yard and oversee everything. They ended up making a pretty decent sized pile all on their own!
