1st Day at Preschool

The boys had a very special day Tuesday morning - their first day of preschool!  They're attending the Great Falls United Methodist Preschool (GFUMP) just a couple miles down the road from us.  I really liked the people and the program there and am excited about how much fun the boys are going to have!  The first day consisted of a shortened morning session where the parents could stay and help the kids get comfortable with the classroom and teachers.  The boys jumped right in when they saw all of the toys and fun things to explore.  One of the main takeaways they talked about on the ride home was that there were "so many toys" at preschool.  Owen had a moment of nervousness and calling for Mommy when the adults were pulled aside in an adjoining room for a quick parent orientation.  But in the end, the boys were the last 2 to leave the class; it was hard to pull them away from this new, fun environment!  All of the kids also got a blue tote bag to bring back and forth each time, and the boys had fun playing with and hiding underneath their new bag on a bench outside afterward while I had fun taking pictures.
