Dulles Plane Pull

Saturday morning we took the boys to their first day of soccer out near Dulles.  Afterward, we stopped over to an event I had heard of called the Dulles Plane Pull since we were already out in the area.  We were a bit unprepared since we left the house for soccer in a rush, and would have liked to have hats, sunscreen, and even a packed lunch for this carnival-like event at the airport!  There were tons of planes outside to explore, as well as almost every other type of vehicle you could imagine...throw in a few moon bounces and inflatable slides and it was more than we could take in!  Of course half the fun for the boys was taking a big blue bus from the parking area over to the runway!  They loved the big yellow snow trucks and climbed inside with Daddy to "drive" them.  They also had fun picking out "their car"...I'm sure the day will come too soon when they are all wanting a big car like that, and fighting over the keys!  We saw jets flying overhead, helicopters, and even a Harrier Jet taking off and landing which was pretty cool.
